He joined as founder partner of vr associates in the year 1979. He has experience in the field of risk assurance and management audit, statutory audit services, tax advisory services, project management, system designing & implementing internal controls. Moreover, he deals with corporate law advisory services, foreign exchange, and rehabilitation of sick industrial undertaking matters. He is also a registered surveyor & loss assessor. He is managing partner of lucknow office.

Abhinandan Chauhan

Mr. Abhinandan Chauhan was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2001. He joined as Partner of VR Associates in the year 2004. He has more than seven years of vast experience in Risk Assurance and Management Audit, Statutory Audit Services, Business Advisory & Management Consulting Service like, preparation of Techno – Feasibility Report & Project Appraisals for manufacturing as well as service sector industries, Risk Containment for Private Banks. Resource management and credit control have been the forte also actively associated with Fund Mobilization for institutions and private sector organizations. He is Partner - in-charge of Lucknow Office.

Prabha Kant Tripathi

Mr. Prabha Kant Tripathi was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1999 and also qualified D.I.S.A. from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Initially, he was partner in firms like Chaturvedi & Partners, Kolkata and Saxena & Saxena, New Delhi after which he joined VR Associates as Partner - in-charge of Kanpur Office. He has more than 13 years of experience in the field of Financial Consultant, Risk Assurance and management audit, statutory audit services, Information System Audit, Tax advisory services, Business Advisory and Management Consulting Services. He acted as director in number of companies.

Deepak Gupta

Mr. Deepak Gupta was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2015. He is an Audit & Assurance Practice Leader with VRA. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. Deepak has over 8 years of professional experience in Audit & Assurance Services. Prior experience includes working with Ernst & Young (India Practice). Led several audit and various other assurance engagements for large listed / unlisted Indian and global companies across sectors such as Telecommunications, consumer electronics, Ecommerce, logistics, Cosmetics, Entertainment, NBFC and IT/ITeS.

Swaroop s gupta

Mr. Swaroop S Gupta was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2025. He joined VR Associates as the Partner-in-Charge of the Bangalore Office in 2026. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. He has extensive experience as a Virtual CFO, with expertise in accounting, GST compliance, MIS reporting, inventory management, and other statutory and regulatory compliances.
